Tank CrawlerTracks problem

Hi,

İ am trying to make a tank animation. İ saw very good examples on youtube.. i rigged my tank and working fine, expect palette..

i increased Accuracy, Flaccidity Reduction and SubFrames.. Also ExtraWhell "Ray Multiplier"..

but i couldn't solve it..

What is the effect you are trying to create? Stiffer?
