Import items into 3d studio max and truck bones disappear

Help,

I have rigged my model to my truck and trailer bone system and when I go to import or merge my city into the scene so I can dive around the system disappears but the model stay. I look into the craft director studio panel in max and there is nothing there, any ideas. I am using max 2008 64bit and the latest craft studio. To define my problem. I open my rigged truck scene and the truck with trailer group in the director studio panel is there so I can edit the parameters, once I import a model of a city or anything the truck with trailer group in the director studio panel disappears.

HELP!

I have the same problem, when I import a file all the craft animation items disappear. The weird thing is I imported an object the first time and it worked but any other objects make the items vanish.

Is there not a solution to this?

Hi Sorse,

So you have your problem when you import a scene? Do you have the same problem just by opening the scene?

Hi
When I open a scene that has Craft Animation rigs already applied they load fine. As soon as I click the import button all the bone objects vanish from Director Studio.

Hum this is not something I have heard of. Can you try to merge it instead and see if that works? (I am guessing you are using Max).
Oh by the way have you installed the latest version of CDS?

I tried merging and it works fine. I guess i'll just use that right now. I have version 9.3 installed
