Does not recognize joystick

Tools does not find my joystick. I have the Logitech Extreme 3D pro and the drivers are installed. Windows recognizes it, but it does not show up in Craft. I've tried reinstalling but no joy.

Craft Director Studio will not recognize your joystick if you plug it in after 3ds Max/CINEMA4D/Maya/Softimage is started. So make sure it's plugged in before you launch the host application.

Second, make sure you're using the latest version of Craft Director Studio:
