Pre rigged model m1a1 abrams

We have purchased the pre-rigged M1A1 Abrams for 3Ds Max 2009 and the model does not appear to be rigged, is this a known issue have other customers purchased a pre-rigged model without them being "pre-rigged".

What is it that is not happening? Are you not able to see the tools in the CDS main window or is it the tracks you are missing?

The rig is not connected to the model that we can tell, we have rigged basically everything else ex. helicopters, airplanes, fourwheel, sixwheel, missles and have not had to many issues and we have other pre-rigged models that work fine, but this pre-rigged modelk, both the tank and the craft rig-tank is not showing any sign of being connected to the craft plugin in anyway.

Please send an email to support and include the model so that we can have a look at it. My guess is that it is an old version of the PRM and we can not send this model via the forum since it can be copied.

You may not be able to get a good answer before the 1st of August since we close for summer holiday two weeks by the end of today.
