any one knows how to change where is the center of cars gravity with 4 wheeler ?

You can use "Jump Anti-Tumbling Regulator" under Jumping Parameters to adjust how much the vehicle is going to return to a horizontal position once airborne. But other than that, there is no such setting yet, no.
