Craft director maya fatal error

Hey sir, i have one question.
In autodesk maya i want to create a car animation but when i try to click record in craft director maya give me this error ''Fatal error. Attempting to save in C:/Users/Casa/Appdata/Local/Temp/Casa... How to fix it? I follow this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8a388CzbhM

I use Maya 2017 and the same error. Tried after reboot but still the same error. Any suggestions?

Hi WarnerDib,

Are you able to describe in step by step how you get this error? Does it happen if you create a new scene and just one tool and hit record it crashes? Does it happen with any tool? What windows are you currently running?
