Hello,
I want to animate a car on on spline with the "Autonomous mode" but then I have difficult part that I need to animate with a Joystick.
Example: A car follows its target and then it stops. I press a Button eg. "-" and then the "Autonomous mode follow strength" should decrease from "0.5" to "0" so that I have full control to the car with the joystick. Is this possible?
I tried to play with the input settings: Multiplier:0.5 , Exponent:1.0 , Deadzone:0 and Offset:0. But when I try to increase the value while recording, the "Autonomous mode follow strength" always jumps from "0.5" to "-0.5" and then to "-1.0" and it skips "0"
I have really no ideo what I am doing wrong, but perhaps there is another workaround for that.

Re: Autonomous mode follow strength to zero
Hello CK-Mini and welcome to the forum.
Start by recording as normal steering with inputs until you get to the part where you want the vehicle to be in Autonomous Mode, then press stop. Enter the configuration of Craft 4-Wheeler Extended and check the check box called Autonomous Mode to enable it, and then press Record again, starting where you stopped. Now the vehicle will continue in Autonomous mode and the first part will still be there.
Good luck!

Hello Carl Buhre,
I tried so many different ways and now it is so simple, thank you very much

I'm glad it worked. Let us know if you run into any other complications.
