Preferred settings
Here are some preferred settings when working with Craft Director Tools in Maya.
The default settings for working units in Maya is "cm" but since most of our tools are meant for bigger stuff (like vehicles) it will be easier if you work in "meter" instead. To change this, click the box next to New Scene:
Then change Default Working Units, Linear, to Meter:
When you go from "cm" to "meter" you will have to adjust your cameras accordingly.
Enter the preferences:
And increase your cameras' clip values with 100x (cm to meter):
