Are you using the latest version of CDS? 11.1.5?

update - i fixed that problem (not sure how, but its fixed) but now i have a new one, 1. there are 4 sets of tracks and i can only remove and animate 2 (the 2 that i cant remove are only templates), 2. the tracks go crazy and come off the wheels - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgQZ4kjtBLM

The most common problem here is that there are not enough room between the boogies and the ground for the tracks. Do you have that?

What happens if you make the boogies a bit wider like the threads?

The best is probably if you send the scene to support@craftanimations.com and I will have a look at the file.
