Hi,
for last two days I have been trying to solve this wheel problem.

It's a car rig extended with a trailer and additional wheels... every thing is ok and works until I resymulate the animation or restart max... any ideas what's wrong ??

The wheels move ok later in the animation.

For the ExtraWheels you need to check the "Fixate Wheel" in the configuration for each wheel after that you should do just fine.
