Craft Director stops working after re-starting max

hello guys,first of all,i LOVE this addon!it has some mind blowing physics engine!
ok so i made an M1A1 Abrams tank,and i rigged it then animated it,things went very smoothly.
but then max ran out of memory(nothing special,happens alot),so i restarted max,and all of a sudden i cant do anything with the crawler track,the crawler etc.
for instance,when i try to remove the tracks,it just doesnt listen,i click '' remove tracks'',but nothing happens,i also cant add or remove any wheels.
is there a way to get around this?because everytime i shut max down,i have to redo all the rigging.and thats one hell of a job.
i hope you guys can find a solution,thanks.

Hi Jester, and welcome to the forum!

Does this apply even when you remove the crawlertracks and create a brand new one? Something may have gone wrong with the memory shortage that made the CrawlerTracks faulty. Try restart altogether and check if that helps.

sorry for the late reply,
but yes it does,even when i create a brand new one,it still keeps crashing after restart.
i havent tried a reinstall yet,ill give it a go soon.
btw it does say,''failed to save,please try again''.and that message always keeps coming up when i save the scene.

You get this message when you don't have an valid license installed. Have you used the evaluation yet?

i dont know,i got craft director from school,ill ask my teacher to get a new one,i hope that helps
