Forum - Craft Animations - 3d animation tools

I REALLY want to use Director Studio for camera movement and am currently testing it with my Space Navigator with less than stellar results. The movements are contary to the way I've been using it up to now and I am having a difficult time getting the movement I want. Are there any 3d mouse specific tutorials? What are the best settings on the controller for use in Director Studio. Or is it just practice, practice, practice?
Otherwise:
Does anyone have any recommendation for which type of controller which works well for camera movement. I have no need for the vehicle animation. My question is: gamepad? joystick? or tough it out with the 3d Mouse?

Try using the ObserverCam and in the input settings use the preset for 3d mouses.
