No Craft Shelf Button after Maya Crash

Hey Guys,
Maya crashed during a session, and now, after rebooting, I no longer have a button in the shelf to relaunch Craft. Does anyone know how to the get the button back? Or at least know the command to launch it from the command line?

Todd,
Is Craft Director Studio loaded? Check the plug-in manager to see if it's loaded. If it IS loaded, unload it and load it again and you will get the shelf shortcut back.

Unloading and reloading in the PlugIn Manager did the trick. Thanks a lot!

I think Maya might have crashed during the first time you loaded Craft Director Studio and since Maya saves all changes on exit, if it crashes, those changes will be lost.
