Problems with crawler tracks

hi, ive created my tack system without too many problems i could record animations that ran smoothly. i saved the 3ds max file and closed the program i reopened the file the next day and when i tried to remove the tracks and then recreate them to make a new animation it wouldnt let me i can still record an animation but the tracks wont work. its like all the settings have been frozen in my rig.

Do you think you could send us the scene so that we could take a look at it? If it's not bigger than 10MB send it directly to support@craftanimations.com. If it's bigger, send an e-mail to support@craftanimations.com and we'll provide you with FTP information so that you can upload the scene.
