Hi everyone!
Tell me plz, how can I make animation of car on spline with stops.
For example, I want my car to follow the target, then stops near the gate; gate opens and then car goes on movement.

Firstly: When using Autonomous Mode you should always use the "Autonomous" configuration presets until you have figured out what they change to make the mode stable.
Secondly: you could try using the "Craft Spline Speed-Controller" plugin. It has a couple of issues that will be fixed this week, but will work just fine for your purpose. Otherwise you simply need to control the speeds via standard path keyframing.
