Hello,

if someone could help that would be perfect. i am trying to rig a electric scooter but the frame becomes detached from the body while turning. I have moved the handle bars to get the turning point i wont but when it turns the frame still separates from the body of the scooter. i have tried with a basic scooter as well but same result. Has anyone rig one of these before that could help me.

So, you were able to get it work as you intended?

I had a look at the model and it has quite a lot of issues with most parts not in the same angle as the scene cordination. So becouse of this it becomes quite hard to rig the model. However, after cleaning it up, as good as it gets, it works without any issues to rig.

  • Create 2-Wheeler Extended
  • Rig the model
  • Load the Bicycle profile in config of the 2-Wheeler Extended
  • Turn up the Gas Pedal Forw/Backw maximum for more velocity to 10
  • Set the Speed Dependent Turn Radius Reduction Factor to 0.2
  • Record
Here is an image of the parts that have the same movement.
  • Pink = Make child of SteeringBarsMesh
  • Green = Make child of BodyMesh
  • Orange/Blue = Make child of corresponding WheelMesh
