Animation Car to UE4

I know that this topic is already on the forum. But the advice in it doesn't work for me. I would like to find the only working option for transferring a fully animated car to UE4. I tried the Datasmith plugin, it transfers the animation, but the wheels start to stretch and glitch on tight turns, although everything is fine in 3ds max.
I tried freezing transformations, but it didn't work.
I also tried to do as in the next topic with the Game Export option in 3ds max. After the first time, UE4 complained that you need to rename the bones, because there are matches of their names. I made renaming all the machine objects to 3ds max. The error disappeared.
But after opening FBX in UE4, the program freezes on import.
I suspect that the option of transferring animation from the dummy to the geometry will work, but I don't know how to do it.
Any answers, please!

Well it is a bit hard to respond to this as there can be so many things that is not going right.
