Turn around at high speed in one place

Hi,
What are the best settings to use (we tried burnout and skidding) for a quick turn around
We have a car that is going in a straight line and then we need the car turn around really quickly and a very low turning radius. Almost like a tank.
Thanks

Hi dv2000,
In order to quickly turn you need to modify the following parameters when configuring the 4-Wheeler
Under Input parameters you have:
Steering Wheel (Right/Left) Response Factor determines how quickly the 4-wheeler will go to maximum turn (turn acceleration).
Steering Wheel (Right/Left) Maximum How munch the 4-wheeler can maximum turn in (radians).
Under General Parameters you have:
Skidding Release Value (Lateral Vel Rel) The 4-Wheeler will most likely start to skid (slide sideways) when turning too quick so you might need to also adjust this setting to a desired value as it will automatically generate a 'Skidding' input device signal when a certain speed vs. sidway force is applied to the 4-Wheeler.
Let us know how it goes!
Best Regards,
Patrik

Thanks, I will try. Also please make your dummy cars nonrenderable by default or auto hide them during rendering because sometimes we forget to hid them or set all craft bones to nonrenderable. Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion.

FYI. We have now added so that the dummy meshes are now hidden by default on rendering.
