Unusual vehicle rig

Hi all,
I'm a bit stumped here and wondered if anyone could help.
It's really basic, but I cannot work out the best means of rigging this vehicle:
As you may be able to see, the rear unit pivots both left/right like a normal trailer, but also tilts.
Also the forward tractor unit only has one axle, and is obviously powered from it.
I have tried many combinations of 4-wheel extended, (using both front and rear axles, and combinations of trailer and spare wheel), but all seem to react badly and the vehicle is uncontrollable, particularly coming on and off inclines. I also have no idea what joint, if any, I should use for the tilt action.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
regards,
Rob
