Forum - Craft Animations - 3d animation tools

Hi at all, today i want to show my problem with autodesk maya 2016 and Craft Director. I would make a simple animation of my car model (This ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NzxK6b_o24). The problem is this, when i try to click record autodesk maya go in to crash and it give me this error ---> ''Fatal error. Attempting to save in C:/Users/Casa/Appdata/Local/Temp/Casa...''
Anyone Know how to fix it?
