Trailers Bouncing

We are trying to get multiple trailers working but they bounce off the ground plane when there are changes in speed (mainly slowing down).
It appears to be amplified as more from the first trailer to the last, meaning trailer 1 jumps vertically 1 foot, trailer 2 jumps 2 feet and trailer 3 jumps 3 feet.
An image is attached.
The "car" has been loaded with the "Truck" configuaration and the trailers all have the "Truck Trailer" configuaration files loaded.
Thanks,
David

Hello David,
Thank you for reporting this. I saw now that both the default value and the truck trailer profile for "Suspension Length (Radius Relative)" for Craft Trailer is much high than it probably should be.
Lower
"Suspension Length (Radius Relative)" from 10 to
0.2 on all your trailers and press ReSimulate and your animation should be much better.

I changed that parameter and the trailers behave exactly the same.
If I change the gas pedal setting for the Car (higher setting to acheive a higher top speed), the effect is even more pronounced.
Thanks,
David

Is there a posibility the tractor (car) is pitching too agressively?
In my application, we are showing a Day Cab (Single Drive axle Tractor) with 2 trailers. there is a "Dolly" (set of wheels for the rear trailer to connect to) in front of the rear trailer.
In this scenario, the trailers have brakes that would be applied to slow the entire group, therefore the Tractor would not pitch forward quite as much.
What settings would you recommend to limit this motion?
Here is an image of our setup (logo's blocked out). the tractor is under full braking.
Thanks for the prompt support.

David,
Keep in mind that you have to press
Resimulate to "update" the animation. If you did, try setting the
"Suspension Length (Radius Relative)" even lower. Try setting it to 0 to make sure that you're not getting the weird behavior then test your way up from there.
If you'd like, I can take a look at your scene. Strip it of any sensitive assets and send it to
support@craftanimations.com

In the Configuration for Craft 4-Wheeler Extended, under "Suspension Parameters", there is a setting called
"Maximum Forward Tilt Angle". Lower this value to limit the pitching.
