Is there any ways to animate spinner values?

Is there any ways to animate spinner values?

Hello,

When I use distance rulers in spinner controls they are increasing constantly. Is there any way to set spinner value by animating distances? For example when the distance is 1.0 right-left response factor is 1.0 too
