If i hold a hard turn, accellerate to full speed from a stop, then brake back to zero, the tires will start fully turned, straighten out, then turn again when coming to a stop.... all the while the steering wheel is held at a constant full turn.
It seems that the car body & dynamics is understeering as it probably would in real life, but the wheels insist on pointing towards the direction of travel... even though they should do what the steering wheel is telling them to do. Some things i can usually correct by hand for a particular shot, but in this case the wheels are parented to a non-uniformly scaled rig, which results in oblong wheels if you try to turn them not using the rig.
Any fixes or workarounds for this? A checkbox to allow wheel under/over steer would be nice!

Re: Wheels don't obey under/over steer
I would use the wheelRelocators to manually add animation to the wheels. Give it an initial keyframe just before you wish to change the animation, add keyframes along the timeline, copy the the initial key to the end to return the wheelRelocator to its original orientation/position.
