4 wheels problem

Post by bob47 » Fri Feb 06, 2009 12:03 am

hello

I just saw your imagina's presentation, and took the install CD from Jacob, tanks a lot XD (cinema 4d in french say "cinema quatre D" huhu, you remember?)
i'm using cinema 4D, i saw the online toturial video and followed it, but my car's acting strangly :
it follows correctly the ground but there are many strange vibrations.

can you check the enclosed video with parameters and car?

Hello Bob47,

I'm sure Jacob will be here to comment next week when he's back in the office again. Regarding the problem your experiencing with Craft 4-Wheeler Extended, I must say I'm pretty puzzled. You don't have any strange suspension values from what I can tell and since the object tool is activated I assume you've scaled the vehicle properly (if you've scaled it at all).
But what's really odd is that your wheels go half-way through the ground, which I can't find a reason for. Do you think you could send us the scene so we can take a look at it? Send it to support@craftanimations.com and hopefully we'll be able to find the reason for this odd behavior.

Hmm, very strange but good that you got it working. Please let us know if the problem occurs again.
