Are you sure you are using the latest version of Craft Director Tools? I suggest that you download the latest one and reinstall Craft Director Tools. If you are trying to merge older files you may need to resave these before you are able to merge them. The merge functionallity was implemented about ...

Yes that sounds like a good thing to do. To make sure delete the craft .gup file before installation as well from C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max (X)\plugins. The new Craft CrawlerTracks version is out. Just download the bundle from our site and check the CrawlerTracks plugin in the installation. For this version of CrawlerTracks you do not need PhysX.
