You can use the Gyro tool under utilities to to remove the forward/backward tilt. There is no configuration in the Helicopter to remove this.

We have now released a new version that are addressing these issues and also added support for 3ds max 2019 and Maya 2019.

No, you are not on your own. The issue regarding support is that we operate during weekdays and not weekends. Anyways, no this should not happen. If you have parented a tool to another it should still be parented even after save/open. Does this issue only happen with CrawlerTracks? If so is it diffe...

This is what I was thinking as well that it had to do with the VS-redistributable. However as Micael said it is included in the latest version of CDS so should be alright there.
