Was it working previously and now it's not working? Or are you just now trying out the tools and getting this problem?

Could it be due to your network connection? Slow network? Firewall? Are you behind a proxy? Are using a special DNS solution?

That will be ok, as I mentioned, you can strip (delete) the scene of the confidential data and just leave our tools.

I was also noticing in a couple of my scenes it would have problems when I had a subdivision modifier on my ground object, such as a Turbosmooth or a Subdivide in Max.
