Hi,
Anyway to create a custom wheel shape where we can simulate car movement on square wheels or triangle wheels?
We tried to change wheel mesh shape but software still treats it as a round wheel.

Hi,
We have Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick
It used to work with older craft animation for helicopters. Now it wont detect any inputs and chopper just falls spinning to the right. How can we get it to work again? Thanks

When you make your simulations make sure simulated object is not far way from origin of coordinates 0,0,0. Otherwise you will have some jerkiness in animations. Maybe 3ds max precision values get worse farther away you go from 0,0,0. Unfortunately we have a terrain 5 miles and we have to use system...

Hi,
If i simulate a car driving then go to the middle of that simulation, for example, and start simulating again from the middle the simulations 1 and 2 will have a very suddle stutter. It is barely noticeable but still noticeable when simulations 1 and 2 meet.

Can we get a normal speedometer that pops up in miles per hour and km per hour on 3ds max screen during simulation. I know you have some speed measuring but it is confusing and small. Thanks

Turn? You can always attach any camera to the cameras of CDS and if you need to transfer other movements, like zoom or focus etc you can use Parameter Wiring. 1. When moving a car with a trailer to another location trailer is tilted up
2. Sometimes simulation freezes and red button can never be tuned off.

Also use reverse as ABS not working no matter what. I assigned Gas for forward as letter A it detected. And B for ABS Brake. WHen detecting gamepad you only have one letter unlike keyboard you get two one for forward another one for backwards.

have you guys tried using G923? I cannot even make craft to detect wheel left and right. I used to turn wheel on my old Logitech to detect left and right. I also tried offset and nothing Car just moves on its own.

The logitech g29 is a bit odd as the idle value for the input is set at 0.5 and not 0. It's like the gas pedal is always pushed down with 50% instead of 0%. This makes it have an input all the time unless this is regulated with the use of the offset feature that you are able to find under Advanced ...
