Clone as instance

Hi,
would be nice when you clone craft model it can also clone mesh attached to it as instance and not as a copy. We use GPU rendering and instance doesn't fill up our vram.

Thanks

We will look further in to this issue but do you experience the same issue if you use slow motion factor to slow down the recording?
Hi, I never used this option. Could you tell me where can I find it. THanks

stable car on curvy road

Hi, is there any way to drive a car fast on a curvy road around 200 miles an hour. We tried all parameters and car just becomes unstable after 150 (current velocity value) We tried steering wheel response factor It is either not enough or too much (also car shake left and right a lot). We use Logite...

Flying car

Hi,
We are planning to animate flying cars chase using a helicopter helper. Anyway to disable tilting forward effect on your helicopter when accelerating? I am not sure if a plane helper is agile enough for this.

Thank you

Re: Turn around at high speed in one place

Hi dv2000, In order to quickly turn you need to modify the following parameters when configuring the 4-Wheeler Under Input parameters you have: Steering Wheel (Right/Left) Response Factor determines how quickly the 4-wheeler will go to maximum turn (turn acceleration). Steering Wheel (Right/Left) M...

Turn around at high speed in one place

Hi,
What are the best settings to use (we tried burnout and skidding) for a quick turn around
We have a car that is going in a straight line and then we need the car turn around really quickly and a very low turning radius. Almost like a tank.

Thanks

Re: Problem with overlapping mesh ground

Hi Were you able to test the bug with the link in the post above? Tried just now, however it seems like the download is now gone. Can you upload again? Thanks Sorry Idont have this file anymore. It seems that a lot of problems with cars falling through mesh after mesh objects are merged can be fixe...

Re: Problem with overlapping mesh ground

Thanks I Will send another scene shortly. heavy scene problems (unfortunately cannot make it simple. even isolation does not help) If one car is recorded and I have another car chasing it. After the second car is recorded it ends up in front of a chased car. Not sure if CPU just cannot create keys ...

Problem with overlapping mesh ground

Hi we have tram tracks above a flat ground. All is a part of one mesh. Your system ignores train tracks above and wheels still touch the bottom main plain, When big mail plain is deleted only then it detects train tracks. Not sure if it is a bug, the scene link https://we.tl/t-tRAhS3eRpJ wheel go th...

Re: Going faster in a helicopter without loosing control

Yes, at certain limits it will spin out of control so no you are not able to get it to behave as quickly as an RC Helicopter can be. My work around suggestion would be to simply animate in the "slower" speed and then bump up the speed of the frames/compress the keys created to make it look quicker....
